REFUND POLICY
At HypnoKratom, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best products and service possible. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our refund policy below.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all products purchased directly through our website. Should you wish to request a refund or exchange, please do so within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
1. All items must remain unopened, untampered with, and in their original packaging, complete with all original tags and labels.
For products that have been opened, tampered with, or are not in their original packaging with all original tags and labels attached, you may still be eligible for an exchange of equal value within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
Please note that HypnoKratom reserves the right to deny return requests from customers with an unusually high return rate or claims that are deemed unusual regarding the product.
For customers who have paid via eCheck, please be aware that returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges cannot be processed until after your payment has settled and shows as settled in our account. The settlement process typically takes up to seven (7) business days, although it may take longer depending on the eCheck merchant’s processing time.
INITIATING A RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE
To initiate the return process for a refund or exchange, kindly contact our Customer Support Team directly via email at info@hypnokratom.com. Please provide the following information:
1. The account name under which the order was placed.
2. The order number.
3. The reason for your request (refund or exchange).
4. Clear photos of the front and back of the product in its original packaging.
Upon receiving your email, our dedicated Customer Support Team will guide you through the next steps in the returns process. Please note that refunds, replacements, or exchanges will not be issued for packages sent to our mailing address without prior contact with our Customer Support Team and receiving specific instructions to do so.
HypnoKratom is not responsible for returning packages sent to us without a properly initiated return or exchange. We are also not obligated to refund products that are lost in transit to our facility or that we do not receive.
Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning the product to our facility for a return or exchange, as well as providing tracking information to confirm delivery to our company.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed once our Customer Support Team has received and reviewed all necessary information. Please allow up to ten (10) business days from the initiation of the refund for the funds to appear in your account. If you encounter any issues with receiving your funds or have any questions regarding your refund, please contact our Customer Support Team for further assistance.
EXCHANGES
Approved product exchanges will be shipped out after HypnoKratom has received and processed the returned product. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning the product to our facility for an exchange, as well as providing tracking information to confirm delivery to our company. We will dispatch the new product within 1-3 business days following the arrival and processing of the returned product.
EXCEPTIONS
If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact our Customer Support Team at info@hypnokratom.com. Kindly provide the following information:
1. The account name under which the order was placed.
2. The order number.
3. Details of the issue experienced with the product.
4. Clear photos of the product showing any defective packaging or damage.
Please note that delays in contacting our Customer Support Team regarding a defective or damaged product may result in the denial of a refund, replacement, or exchange. Exceptions will be handled at the sole discretion of HypnoKratom.
