At HypnoKratom, we are dedicated to ensuring the secure and timely delivery of your Kratom orders within the United States. When you purchase Kratom from us, we strive to ship your order on the same day if it is placed before 3pm PST (6pm EST) during our regular business hours.
Our regular business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. For orders placed on Saturdays, we will ship the same day if received before 12:00pm PST.

When you shop with us, we will keep you informed about your shipment through email updates. Our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 2 to 3 business days from the shipping date, excluding Sundays and holidays. However, please be aware that we are not responsible for USPS delivery delays caused by weather conditions, policy changes, or other events beyond our control. Additionally, USPS may observe holidays that could result in shipping delays.
We may have shipping restrictions to certain cities or states. If you encounter any difficulties placing your order, kindly check your local regulations for further guidance.
Delivery Windows and Delays
We utilize USPS Priority for all our shipments, which typically provides a shipping time of 2 to 3 business days. However, please be aware that transit delays may occur based on USPS’s processing and delivery schedule. Once a package has left our facility and is in transit, we have no control over the transit time, delivery schedule, or tracking updates.
Please note that once an order is in transit, we are unable to cancel it. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support immediately for assistance.
If you experience significant delays (a week or more) or suspect that your package may be lost in transit, please reach out to our Customer Support Team. They will assist you in investigating the delay.
Secure, Discreet Packaging
We prioritize the privacy of our customers. Therefore, all orders are meticulously packaged in standard boxes provided by USPS. Our packaging material does not display any distinguishing HypnoKratom or kratom-related logos. The shipping label does not include the word “kratom” and instead shows “KSLP – Kspot”.
To minimize the risk of damage during transit, our Shipping Team securely packages the products before sealing the shipping box with an adhesive strip and additional shipping tape if necessary. All our products are sealed in air-tight, resealable Kratom Spot packaging and should arrive in optimal condition. If you receive a product with damaged or tampered packaging, please take a photo as proof and contact our Customer Support Team.
Tracking
Each order placed through our website is assigned a USPS tracking number once it is ready for shipment. You will receive the tracking number for your order via email. The tracking number will be sent from Stamps.com on our behalf to the email address provided during your order placement.
If you need assistance locating the tracking number for your HypnoKratom order, please contact our Customer Support. They will help you find it. However, please note that our Customer Support representatives cannot track your package more precisely than what the provided tracking number allows, nor can they provide you with more accurate delivery estimates.

Permitted and Restricted Shipping Destinations
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to the following states, cities, and counties due to local kratom bans: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin, Sarasota County, Union County, Denver, San Diego. While we do not offer international shipping, it is worth noting that kratom is also banned in the following countries: Australia, Burma, Denmark, Finland, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Vietnam.
Special Shipping Notes and Requests
Our shipping team will make every effort to accommodate shipping notes related to the actual shipment of an order. However, we cannot ship an order to an additional address or person(s) information provided in the shipping notes section. If you have any questions regarding an address correction or any other issue concerning your shipment, please contact our Customer Support team directly during our regular business hours, and they will make every effort to assist you.
